Health and Safety First
At Summit Hamilton, we prioritize the health and safety of our team, clients, and the communities we serve. Our strict safety protocols ensure every project is completed without compromising well-being. Summit Property Group Hamilton’s COR compliant safety program was established in 2012 and maintains an extensive document retention program. We undergo a yearly internal maintenance audit and an external, third-party audit every third year.
Safety is no accident, and Summit understands the importance of continually reinforcing awareness of the importance of safety in all that we do, day in and day out. In addition to morning toolbox meetings and on-site orientations, Summit’s leadership group holds regular safety meetings to review any incidents, accidents, near misses, and current topics of discussion in the interests of mitigating risks and ensuring that our valued employees make it home safely and the end of every shift.
